2. Eligibility for Return and Refund

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Goods: If the products you receive are damaged or defective upon arrival, we will arrange for a return and issue a refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect product and send you the correct item or issue a refund.

• Shipping Errors: If there is an error on our part regarding the shipment, such as a wrong address or wrong product shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost and either issue a full refund or provide a replacement.

• Customer Change of Mind: As our products are often imported and customized, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review your order before purchasing.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

4. Return the product in its original packaging and condition. Returns that are used or damaged (outside of normal wear and tear) will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 60 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item or approve your return request.

6. Shipping Costs

• For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. International Returns
